This week our President & CEO, Natalye Paquin, was featured in GlobalMindED Conference talking about the light within all of us, and how we can all act on our unique powers to create change.

17-year-old Stephanie Wang wanted to make public health information easy and accessible. The Daily Point of Light honoree wrote a text book, "Epidemiology Unmasked," taught a public health curriculum to more than 1,000 students, with the goal of increasing public health literacy.

"The reason for living is literally giving." Recognizing the impact nonprofits face amid the pandemic, Daily Point of Light honoree Shazia Peeran founded Giving Digitized, an online platform connecting nonprofits in need of in-kind donations with local donors.

I’m living proof that anything is possible if you put your mind and body into it. When her left leg was amputated after a moped accident, Daily Point of Light honoree Noelle Lambert received two specialized prostheses, giving her the opportunity to continue playing the sport she loves. Looking for ways to pay the kindness forward, the Paralympic athlete created the The Born to Run Foundation. Providing prostheses to children and young adults, so they too can live active lifestyles.
