2021 is just around the corner and at ConsultR we want to wrap it up by sharing what we consider are our best projects. Not only did we enjoy each stage (regardless how crazy this year has been), but learned something new along the way. For Pet Releaf we carried out an in depth UX research to redesign the site and improve the search and purchase of products; adding filters and product tags, and simplifying the checkout process to increase conversions. For Charles Viancin we... were able to create an e-commerce offering a 100% personalized shopping experience for each segment: retailers, sales reps, and wholesale distributors. With FITTS we built an ERP that allowed us to automate and improve all internal mechanisms: from the sales process (CRM) to project management, surveys and approvals. Last but certainly not least, with FANBASE we created a native iOS subscription based social media app, breaking records in fundraising at StartEngine.
