Update: The dog was taken to Richmond county animal control ty for posting! RESCUE HELP NEEDED ASAP! My friend found a puppy on base (near Gate 2) and she cannot keep it due to her dog acting aggressively towards it. She contacted Columbia county animal shelter and they won't take it due to being found on base (Richmond County). He is not microchipped (She has checked) and had a collar on when she found him. We have posted on all of the base spouse pages and no one has come forward as of yet. He is approx 4 month old and pretty skinny. I do not have the dog in my possession and will answer any further questions as I can. Please contact Melodie Pung.

Update: He’s been found! Missing Country Club Hills area****** Our black lab, Mac, got out this morning around 8am. He has some yellow markings around his neck. Unfortunately his ID collar is off and he only has on a silver choke collar. Please call 706-799-8364. Thank you!

Found a pit bull on my front porch this morning. He’s sweet and I’m going to keep him if no one comes looking for him. Please con act Cael Greene

Update: the kitten has a rescue. Thank you. A friend of mine, who is not on fb, had an injured kitty show up at her house. She dies not have the means to pay for the medical care the kitty would need. Can anyone reccomend a rescue or someone who could help her out? Rachel Lorenzen Marshall.

Anyone missing their baby? This little one came up to me at the Savannah rapids pavilion/canal area in the parking lot. It is very comfortable with people and wanted to be constantly loved on. I have it for the night, but could someone please foster until the owner is found/adopted? Please share to get this baby home! Please contact Rhiley Greene

I’m not sure how this works, I’ve tried to join some lost and found pages. But there was a adult size brindle colored dog just hit on Columbia road in the Martinez area near Kroger! I almost hit him while he was rolling in the road through traffic. I’m not sure if anybody is missing a baby his color. With it being dark I’m not sure what kind of dog it was. I couldn’t stop due to all the traffic but I believe authorities were called! Just wanted to give somebody a heads up if they’re missing their fur baby in that area!

If anyone sees this dog or sees anyone with this dog, please send me a message, it is a male with brindle dark brown patches, and brownish black spots on his back and stomach, my sisters dog got out of the yard when her husband left and by the time they got to where he was last seen someone had already picked him up. Location: Peach Orchard and Bobby Jones, the neighborhood ACROSS from the new Hardee’s. It has been a couple of weeks but I just visited her again this weekend and she told me what happened but didn’t know this group existed. So if you know anyone who brought home a smaller medium sized dog like this a few weeks ago please let me know, he is very missed by her kids and their other 2 dogs. Thank you!!
