Our native Wisteria frutescens 'Amethyst Falls', blooming now, is an excellent alternative over Oriental wisteria that blooms in early spring. Amethyst Falls is a manageable, compact vine that can even be grown in a large container. This vine was planted in August 2019 and already creates a welcoming entrance. The clematis is a bonus photo of beauty that grows in and around another Amethyst Falls arbor. Contact Habersham Gardens to add seasonal color to your landscape!

Hydrangeas are blooming now and this native Oakleaf hydrangea 'Snowflake' is a show stopper. It's multiple sepals emerging on top of older ones gives a double flower appearance. Stunning in the garden! It's favorite location is in part sun, as in this photo, and it tolerates dry soil. What do you think of it?!

In recognition of Earth Day: a photo of the native Eastern Redbud tree. It has been beautiful this spring.
