Hey guys and girls just because summer is almost over it doesn’t mean training is. We offer cardio class for men and women if all ages. Also if you want to fight as in boxing or kickboxing we have trainers to provide you with the skills you need to be successful. Also tips on proper nutrition and conditioning. The same tips we have provided to our multiple past and present world champions. We are a family and we support each person who walks in the door. Winning is something we always try to do. Jairo fought hard and lost the fight. His worry was I don’t want to lose. I told him do you know how many people just in our small little town who think they are fighters or tell everyone they are fighters. Yet where are they. The IKF world classic has always been a proving ground for amateur kickboxing. We know coming in there will be no easy fights and we will be fighting the best of the best. So the fact that you’re here and left it all in the ring tells me a lot about you. You overcame your fear and that’s a solid start. We did however win 2 titles this weekend. And oh by the way both of these guys lost in there first world tournament. But they kept on keeping on. And now because they refused to quit they are champions.

Hey guys help us grow. If you have taken the class before or have trained with us before take time to leave a review. This will help us reach more people. We will always focus on fundamentals and work hard. I have noticed big gains in our students and there fitness levels. Also if you want to fight I mean really want to fight we offer kickboxing and boxing. I’m certified with USA boxing and also very involved with IKF and ISKA.

But we offer much more. Kevin’s inferno class is a fast paced class that melts calories. Followed by my kickboxing work out to help burn additional calories. Then of course our funnest way to work out is. Wendy’s bungee class. This work out is fun but don’t let that fool you it’s a tough workout. Tim does a excellent job teaching martial arts. We have several black belts who are experienced in forms and fighting. Multiple champions who will give our students a edge. Come learn from one of the top martial arts schools in the country.
