Yo who be drafting Zendikar this Saturday? Got a few guys who wanted to know if I would run one, so if you're brave/dumb, then they're brave/dumb. $13. Probably don't pick your nose while you're touching the same packs as everyone else.

I'm trying to figure out the best way to run Pioneer. Any suggestions? Possible entry fee? Prize support? I think running it weekly with weekly prizes, but also have it set up like a league, with a point system that's not entirely focused on skill level and win rate in order to win big at the end of it all. Tonight is the last night of the Commander League, thank goodness. As a reminder, the prize pool contains: 1 Box of sealed Double Masters 2 Boxes of Mystery Boosters 1 M21 Collector Booster Box... 5 2020 Commander Decks 1 Chandra Spellbook 1 Gideon Spellbook 1st Place can choose from any of those prizes. Each line above is ONE whole first place prize. After 1st Place chooses, the Mystery Booster boxes will split into two prizes. After 2nd Place chooses, the Mystery Booster Boxes will split into four separate prizes of 12 packs. The Commander decks will split into five separate prizes. The Collector Booster will split into two sets of 6 packs. The Double Masters box will split into two prizes of 12 packs, with the box topper from it becoming it's own separate prize. After 3rd Place chooses, the Collector box will split into three separate prizes of 4 packs each, or if 6 Collector packs were chosen by 3rd place, then the split will become two sets of 3 packs. The mystery boosters will split into 6 prizes of 8 packs each. There will be no further splits. I assume that 1st and 2nd place will game the system and agree to take BOTH Mystery Boxes and the Double Masters box and divide them between themselves. I assume 3rd place will then choose 6 Collector Boosters OR a Commander deck. That means that 4th place could potentially choose ONE Commander Deck, 3 OR 4 collector boosters depending on how it splits after 3rd place, OR a Spellbook. I'm typing all this out to avoid the inevitable butthurt that will occur when people don't understand how the prizes work.

Just a heads up: Standard starts in 30 minutes and we only have 2 people here for it so far. It's not looking good right now.
