UGA Young Scholars Tifton

Congratulations Jordan Daniels, a 2019 UGA Tifton Campus Young Scholar!! Jordan will be graduating with honors from TCHS. This past year he has been dual enrolling at Southern Regional. Jordan has been very involved with Tift County 4-H serving as a district and state officer. He is also a member of the Tift County FFA Chapter where he is serving as the Chaplain. This year was the second year Jordan served as a Freshmen Ambassador at TCHS. Jordan also visits Maple Court Assisted Living home in his free time. In the fall, he will be attending Georgia Southern University majoring in Biology with the hopes of becoming a Cardiologist.

Congratulations Jacob Davis! We are proud to have had Jacob as a 2019 Tifton Campus UGA Young Scholar. Jacob earned his Eagle Scout Rank in 2019. He is a 2020 Honor Graduate at Westover High School and will be attending the University of Georgia in the fall.

Mitchell Mathis will be attending Athens Technical College, where he will continue his Welding Certification that he began as a dual enrolled student. He will represent the Northeast Georgia District at State 4-H Congress in Performing Arts Instrumental this summer. Currently, Mitchell works as support for a property management company.
