One is proven to reverse the very chronic illnesses that are most susceptible to Covid-19. The other is not. One of these businesses is scientifically proven to help with depression and anxiety. The other is not. One is considered an essential business, the other is not. hmmmm which business is actually ESSENTIAL?

YES, we will be opening the doors Friday at 4:00 am! Sorry for the delay in updating members, but we wanted to make sure we do everything possible to keep our 24/7 Fit family safe. We will have mandatory strict guidelines: Practice social distancing! ... Stay at least 6 feet from other members. We are blocking off or moving some equipment. Do not remove the out of order signs. The equipment is not broken. If someone is on a machine, skip one or 2 machines to place at least 6 feet between you. No spotting or team workouts. Maximum of 10 members at a time. If we are at capacity, please wait until someone leaves or come back at a different time. Wear a mask if possible. Wash and sanitize hands often. Use provided disinfectant to wipe down equipment before and after use. Please do not spray any electronics. The above are all MANDATORY! Even if you are healthy, we all have family and friends we want to protect. Let’s make sure everyone feels safe. The front desk will be open by appointment only, but we will have staff cleaning throughout the day. Due to our mandatory 3-week closure during the COVID-19 pandemic: Month-to-month members will not be billed for the month of May (if you are up to date with your payments) Prepaid members will have a month added to your membership The health and safety of our Members is always our top priority. Sorry we are closed due to the statewide lockdown for COVID-19. Your membership will be put on freeze at no cost as of April 2, 2020. No further action is required to freeze. To legally remain open, all members must follow these guidelines: Only 10 members at a time If we are at capacity, please wait until someone leaves or come back at a different time....
