They were very communicative before the appointment and even reached out the morning of to let us know that the storms in the area were causing delays and asked if we were okay pushing the time back or if we wanted to reschedule. They ended up making it in the original time window anyways! I booked 2 "Bees" for 2.5 hours and they stayed well past that time to keep cleaning. They did a great job and were willing to go above and beyond! Great customer service! I will definitely be using them in future and highly recommend them!"
