The Fort Valley Department of Public Safety was tasked today with the honor of escorting Rev.Raphael Warnock who is the senior pastor of Ebenezer Baptist Church in Atlanta the home church of Dr. Martin Luther King jr. Rev.Warnock is running in the 2020 Senate special election and made a stop in Fort Valley today.

Attention Peach County! I am working with the Georgia Dept of Transportation to address the high number of accidents that have taken place at Hwy 49 Connector ...and Hwy 96 stop sign. Since 2018 there have been 20 accidents at that intersection. GDOT is studying the area and will submit recommendations. I look forward to learning more because 20 accidents is too many! See more
