Thanks for everyone’s support yesterday, today, and tomorrow for Election Day! We couldn’t have made it this far without yet. A reminder that we will be celebrating democracy in action tomorrow at 7:30p in a socially responsible manner at @taquerialoshermanosdunwoody. Masks are requested and we will mark off sitting areas. If you still have an absentee ballot, you can deposit it in a secure DeKalb County elections drop box at #Dunwoody City Hall today to make it easier for residents to cast an absentee ballot; you don't need to mail it! https://twitter.com/DunwoodyGA/status/1268263463811534855

Please know that some Election Day (June 9) voting locations have CHANGED, or may CHANGE. The updated list, through May 30, 2020, is below.

I have heard of some confusion about the absentee ballot process. If you voted early in the March 23 election, you CAN and SHOULD still vote in the June 9 election. If you already voted, your absentee ballot will not have the races that you already voted for. The June 9 election includes my race; and if you only vote in March - I'll miss out on your support. Just because you voted early in March does not mean your vote counted for those races originally scheduled for June 9 ...(was May 19). If you are unsure, go to your precinct and vote in-person. EVERY VOTE MATTERS!

On Election Day, June 9, please join us at Taqueria Los Hermanos Dunwoody for a socially conscientious and distant fun time. We'll set up outside and welcome everyone. Masks are HIGHLY ENCOURAGED, and we - along with Miguel at Taqueria Los Hermanos - have already discussed various ideas to promote social distancing.
