1st Collage is of my wife’s transformation Journey with Herbalife. I posted a normal collage of her progress as well. I am Car Salesmen and I spend a lot of tim...e at the Dealership. I have developed bad/unhealthy eating habits. Roughly 30 day’s ago I started drinking Herbalife shakes for breakfast. I stopped eating Fastfood breakfast and stopped drinking soda’s as well. I have lost 8lbs. I was using a 42-44 belt. Now I am using a 38-40 belt. I wasn’t working out during that time either. The majority of the progress was the shakes as well as cutting out fast food (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) and sodas. I typically work 5-6 days a week. I would eat out all the time for food. On an average I would spend anywhere from $500-$600 a month eating out plus $40-$50 sodas (energy drinks) n snacks. It’s crazy how much you spend when you add it all up. The shakes and almond milk that I used with my shakes cost me around $100. I did eat out but it was chicken, sandwiches, and salads. That was about $125 for the month. So I saved around $400 along with losing 8lbs ($50 per lbs. average). Now I have the get serious package (adds nutritional tablets) for the next 30 days.
