Good read. I know it's a difficult decision to take any medication. I believe medication can be effective and a good combination with therapy as the person still needs skills to overcome life's obstacles.

We hear this often. It's about time to educate our community that it's okay to be vulnerable. It's okay to not have all the answers. We need to prioritize our health especially our mental health. When someone you knows says he or she is going to therapy, please respond with acceptance and encouragement.

I like all of these tips. To add one more: Say no without saying no.
