I was recently referred to this practice... - by Jerry R. I was recently referred to this practice and Dr. Silverman. My first appointment with them involved a normal dental evaluation and deep teeth cleaning. This was a very positive experience and I could tell immediately that I had made an excellent choice. Dr. Silverman is not only extremely talented in his craft, but he is also extremely warm, caring, personable and jovial, and I felt like I had been their patient for a ...long time already. My hygienist, Dianna, was equally wonderful, and given my history with some periodontal issues over the years, she provided the deep and attentive cleaning that is necessary to address those issues while also taking great care to keep me comfortable during the procedure.About a month later, I fractured a fragile tooth that I knew was going to be a problem. I called Dr. Silverman's office and they had me come in right away which was already in the middle of the day. Despite how busy they were that afternoon, Dr. Silverman addressed my issue immediately and quickly determined that I needed to see a periodontal specialist for an extraction and dental implant, again both of which I was expecting to need. He immediately reached out to such a specialist that he networks with and arranged for me to go straight to them to be taken care of. This was clearly not a "life or death" situation, but they brought me in and provided the same level of concern and care that was shown by Dr. Silverman and his staff, and by the end of the day, I had the needed extractions, an implant installed, and was well on my way towards a permanent solution to this issue.Two days later, Dr. Silverman had me come back in to provide temporary cover for the implant. In that I had two teeth extracted but only one implant installed, the teeth had to be joined together and then bonded temporarily to the implant until it's time to get permanent crowns. Dr. Silverman and his associate Krysten handled this immediately upon my arrival, and both kept me well informed of every step in the process and answered all of my questions patiently and thoroughly. This too was an extremely pleasant experience in spite of the issue that was being addressed.My experiences dealing with this practice have greatly exceeded my expectations so I feel deeply grateful knowing my dental care is in the hands of such a highly qualified and deeply caring practice. This Halloween, let’s support our troops again! Dr. Silverman and his staff are sponsoring the Candy Buyback Program for the fourth year!
