Chamber to Conduct Broadband Survey Do you have difficulty getting online at home? That’s one of the questions the Harris County Chamber of Commerce wants you t...o answer in a residential broadband survey that will open next week. We want to hear from our residents about the importance of broadband access, said Colin Martin, President & CEO of the Harris County Chamber of Commerce. We’ll share what we learn with the County Commission and with broadband providers so that we may work together to find long-term solutions. The Chamber formed a Broadband Task Force in October. Members of the Task Force include representatives of industry, government, and a senior at Harris County High School. Its purpose is to study broadband access in Harris County and make recommendations to the County Commission for improving connectivity. The survey will be released on Monday, November 13th, at 9:00 AM and close on Friday, November 17th at 5:30 PM.
