We have some updates Dear Adjust Atlanta community, As we close this last month of the year and enter into a New Year, we wanted to give you an update on some upcoming changes in our office. ... The office will be CLOSED December 24th until January 3rd to celebrate the Holiday Season. Starting January 1st. 2021, the price for a Single office visit will be increased to $59. The Exam fee will be increased to $89 for New patients or patients who haven't been treated in one or more years. Also, Starting January 1st 2021, Package prices will be increasing to: $295 for 5 Adjustments, $531 for 10 Adjustments, $1062 for 20 Adjustments (Please note: packages expire after 1 year, from date of purchase) For Patients currently enrolled in a monthly recurring Membership Plan, as of December 31st 2020, ALL monthly recurring memberships will be terminated. Only Adjustment packages will be offered going forward. Your recurring payment will be terminated after your December payment processes. In an effort to offer up to the minute availability for patients wanting to be scheduled, we ask that all appointments needing to be cancelled or rescheduled is done so at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. If an appointment is not cancelled; and the patient fails to show up for their appointment, they will be deducted 1 visit per occurrence from their package. For anyone running late to an appointment, there will be a 5-minute grace period, when notice is given. If you are unable to make it within 5 minutes, your appointment may be rescheduled for another time or date. If no notice is given, after 5 minutes it will be considered a no-call, no-show. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic we are taking extra precautions to ensure the safety of everyone. We ask that all patients arrive at their appointment time; This gives staff time to sanitize all surfaces, as well as limit the contact between other patients in the office and maintain social distancing. We appreciate every one of you for continuing treatment and support of Adjust Atlanta. We look forward to bringing in the New and prosperous 2021 with all of you. Me: What are you doing doc? Doc: I’m working on a patient who suffers with plantar fasciitis. This is a condition where inflamed tissue runs across the bottom of the foot and causes intense pain. Me: I didn’t know you worked on people’s FEET!... Doc: this patient has had 3 treatments with me and he is now able to go without pain consistently 3 days or more.
