To all of our valued customers, The past few months have been unprecedented, as the country and our community have struggled with the COVID-19 virus. It is times like these when we see perseverance, innovation, and human strength come to light. At Mingledorff’s, we partner with the very best dealers, contractors, and vendors to pursue these strengths along with you during the best and the worst of times. One of our vendor partners, Global Plasma Solutions (GPS), began testing... its needlepoint bi-polar ionization technology in an independent laboratory against SARS-CoV-2, which causes COVID-19. Those tests have been completed, and the results have been released. We are excited to announce that the GPS ionization testing results demonstrated a 99.4% reduction rate on a SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) surface strain within 30 minutes. To neutralize the pathogen, Global Plasma Solutions utilized its proprietary needlepoint bi-polar ionization, which both removes harmful pathogens from the air, as well as any particulate matter that intensifies the spread of a pathogen. In this laboratory study, Aviation Clean Air designed a test to mimic ionization conditions like that of a commercial aircraft's fuselage. Based on viral titrations, it was determined that at 10 minutes, 84.2% of the virus was inactivated. At 15 minutes, 92.6% of the virus was inactivated, and at 30 minutes, 99.4% of the virus was inactivated. We are very excited about this news and encourage you to share this with your customers, building owners, family, and friends. Once again, thank you for all your business and perseverance through these tough times. We could not do this without you
