RECALL ANNOUNCEMENT! Overall nothing "criminal", but you have to know if you are a user of TAGinn launching devices. We are using the WE inlet gas valves in all... our launching devices, and our supplier is the WE factory. The most recent batch we have received is having the defect in about 15% of valves. We have found this problem once the first assembled launchers have arrived in the local markets. The biggest issue is the identification of the bad ones. The problem may never show up or may happen in a few filling cycles. We are testing all the launchers before packing, but it doesn’t guarantee its proper work in the future. Recalled products: TAG-ML36 (CO2 version only), Shell-PRO EVO, Shell Multi-R. Only products that manufactured after 26/09/2020. If you have purchased it before - your valve is ok. Defect: The hole in the air-flowing pin is increased from 0.4mm to 0.6mm Effect: CO2 gas is pushing the sealing ring inside of the hole if the hole is larger than 0.4mm and all the propellant is leaking out. Solution: Replacing the inlet valve (WE/HFC standard). Please contact one of our local distributors or us here in order to solve the problem. If you can change the valve yourself - do it and send us the receipt. We will compensate you for your expenses.
