At the end of the auction, the highest bidder will receive all paperwork necessary to apply for a title through the Tag Office. 2. Georgia Statutes state that once we have applied for and received a court order on a vehicle, that vehicle is free from all liens and encumbrances. 3. There is a $15 bidder fee on each vehicle. 4. Bidding starts at $200 per vehicle. 5. We do not have pictures of vehicles. 6. We do have a preview the day before the auction or you can come early on the day of the auction to look over the vehicles available for the auction. 7. These vehicles were impounded for a variety of reasons, whether it was through a local law enforcement agency or private property. Some are wrecked and will be good for spare parts and scrap. Others are in reasonable shape. 8. All cars are sold as is. There is no guarantee either written or implied on any of the vehicles. 9. All sales are final. There is no money back. 10. If you are high bidder on a vehicle and do not pay at the end of the auction, or make arrangements to pay in the near future, you will not be permitted to participate in any future auctions. 11. This is a Court Order Public Auction. We cannot sell any vehicle prior to the auction.
