Always nice to get a compliment even from the Builder. Detailed report, great pictures helps us do our job for our mutual client.

Rating: 10 Comment: Mr. Tolbert did a great job. He identified issues that I would never have found on a new construction walk through. He was very thorough and to pictures of all deficiencies and provided a great summary that enables me to get the things needed fixed prior to closing. He also followed up with face time at the end since I could not be present. I would recommend him for all inspection needs. This was money well spent and worth every penny. Thanks Mr. Tolbert!
