Meet Chantel: Chantel is a Licensed Master of Social Worker with over 8 years of experience serving children, adolescents, adults and families. She is Nigerian and Jamaican and originally from Miami, FL but resides in Atlanta, GA. She obtained her Bachelor of Social Work degree from Florida A&M University and her Master of Social Work degree from Barry University. Chantel has facilitated various trainings to provide education to childcare workers on how to provide services ...to underserved youth and their families. She has worked in many roles from case manager for children and families to director of a psychiatric hospital. She has experience working in the mental health field, assisted individuals struggling with substance abuse, and advocated and supported people of the LGBTQ+ community. Meet Zay: Zachard Roberson, LMSW B.A. Social Work/ Licensed Masters of Social Work ... Zachard Roberson, LMSW is a 2006 graduate of North Carolina A&T and 2007 graduate of Howard University School of Social Work programs. He has a 10 year portfolio that spans the child welfare, public health and social science research sectors. Previously, Zachard was coordinator of the Gay Men's Health Collaborative of Northern Virginia (GMHC). While serving at the coordinator of GMHC he helped revitalize and implement HIV/STI prevention program for 18-34-year-old males within the gay, bisexual, or transgender community. Volunteer Work Zachard has collaborated with the Alexandria Health Department, of Alexandria Virginia, and Virginia Department of Health, participating in outreach program development and public health activities to include community health.
