This is one of the most difficult inspections I've done. From afar not so bad, but closeup is another story. It's a reno in process and the potential owner wants to know how much rehab work it needs to make it her perfect home. There's still quite a bit that needs to be done. Let me Introduce Myself

I have benefitted so much from being a member InterNACHI since I joined back in November of 2016. Although I attended and completed a home inspection course locally, I wanted to also be certified by an association that was nationally known amongst the Home Inspection and Real Estate Community. I became a CPI with InterNACHI and that opened so many doors. They helped me develop my logo, business cards, and I've also taken advantage of their affiliations with other companies.
