Immediate opening for full-time position for front desk receptionist/patient assistant in a very busy chiropractic doctor’s office. Great people skills, organization, and ability to work in fast paced fun environment. Previous experience would be great but not essential for the right applicant. Positive attitude, good work ethic, team player, and love of people all required to be successful in this position. This is hourly wage position with future incentive / performance bon...uses. Responsibilities will include scheduling patients for appointments, answering phone calls, filing patient files, getting files ready for chiropractor, helping to talk to patients during patients first appointments, taking patients to the adjusting rooms, cleaning and sanitizing the patient adjusting rooms after patients leave, taking payments when patients are ready to check-out, and conversing in a caring and friendly manner to all the patients that walk into the office. If you become a new team member, you will be fully trained by someone and have access to resources to help learn the software used for scheduling. Also, it will be important that you attend several local chiropractic assistant/front desk seminars during the year when they are offered. This is a full-time and long term job. Office is open Monday-Friday. Monday 9-1, 2:30-6pm, Tuesday 9-1, Wednesday 9-1, 2:30-5pm, Thursday 9-1 (changing hours on Thursday's to 9-1, 2:30-5pm in April), Friday 9-1 Work hours: Start at 8:45am and able to stay longer Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday's until about 2:30-3pm.
