We have various positions open, including: VP of Memberships -Responsible for collecting dues and creating a membership plan... -Increase membership and retain members -Uniting the organization and make the members feel a sense of community -Work with VP of Finance to fundraise -Create interesting marketing content to attract new members -Help team with events & programs Secretary -Responsible to make sure all important forms are turned in one time -Attend all student organization orientation events -Distribute flyers among e-board members for posting in school buildings -Drop-off flyers in buildings that need approval (RCB, Student Center, University Housing) -Remind everyone of deadlines coming up -Responsible for sending out a monthly newsletter -Help team with events & programs VP of Finance -Creates a budget plan -Develops and implements a fundraising plan -Maintains banking statements -Makes sure we adhere to the budget -Work along with VP of Membership with dues -Pay for event-related expenses -Help team with events & programs Director of Advertising Manage all social media platforms including the website -Create and curate meaningful content -Responsible for advertising for all events, programs, and activities, including sending out e-mail campaigns of events and programs -Distribute flyers among e-board members for posting in school buildings -Drop-off flyers in buildings that need approval (RCB, Student Center, University Housing -Help team with events & programs How to Apply? All applicants MUST attend the General Body Meeting next week on April 22nd from 7:15pm-8:45pm SCW 468 with a prepared 3-minute speech expressing why they would be a good fit for the role and why they want the role. Afterward, all current active members( those who paid dues & register on PIN) will be allowed to vote for their new executive board members via an e-mailed voting link.
