To our wonderful clients-thank you for all of your support during these trying times. We realize that this pandemic has created a lot of uncertainty and stress for us all. We are currently experiencing longer than usual wait times. That combined with the inability to come into the hospital with your pet can be stressful. For this, we are sorry. Please remember that everything we do is to keep both you and your pet safe and healthy. We ask that you be patient and kind to our team, we promise we are moving as quickly as we can while maintaining the highest level of care that your pet deserves. Moving to curbside service has been an adjustment for us all. We miss having you in the hospital more than you know. Thank you for supporting us, being kind to our staff, and for being such a significant part of our extended family.

Update! Starting June 10th, we are going to gradually start seeing certain appointments in clinic again! We are still providing curbside service for pick ups of food and medication, grooming and baths, and for those clients that prefer the curbside method! For our in clinic visits, we will allow ONE adult per appointment, a mask is required. When you arrive to the clinic for your appointment, a staff member will walk you into the building and straight into an exam room. We will be following the CDC guidelides and spacing out our clients as much as possible. If you do choose to be seen in clinic, please be prepared for extended wait times and please be patient with this new (hopefully temporary) way of business. We appreciate our clients so much and we are so grateful that you have been supportive through all of this! THANK YOU!!
