Today, Amedisys will be inducted in the Department of Defense’s Military Spouse Employment Partnership (MSEP) via a virtual ceremony. MSEP connects military spouses with hundreds of partner employers who commit to recruit, hire, promote and retain military spouses. We join 85 new partners to MSEP bringing the number of employers to 500. This is just one of the many ways Amedisys remains committed to serving our military veterans and their families. #MSEP2020

We're rounding out National Veterans and Military Families Month with Jerry Narretta, Strategic Sourcing Manager in our corporate office in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. We are honored to employ such dedicated team members.

Under normal circumstances, Halloween is one of our favorite times of year at the corporate office in Baton Rouge with the annual Halloweenie celebration. This year, our costume contest went virtual. Who is your favorite of this selection and, in particular, which Carol Baskin wore it best?

This week is Pastoral Care Week and our opportunity to thank our dedicated corps of chaplains who complete the picture of our care. At Amedisys, we promote a holistic approach to hospice care, treating the whole person including body, mind and spirit.

Our AseraCare team in Indianapolis hosted a mock wedding ceremony for one of our patients followed by an official pinning ceremony to honor the patient's military service. This is why we do what we do. #MakingMomentsMatter

As yet another storm threatens our people and patients, we’re grateful to have a dedicated corporate support team there at every step of the way to response and recovery. THANK YOU to Iris Rancatore, David Johnson and the rest of our incredible group for caring for our people during these times.
