Looking back on a couple of recent trips! The September fishing has been great but we can't say the same for the weather. Hope everyone is staying safe as Florence barrels down on the east coast. Looking forward to getting back to some fishing when the weather clears up.

Fishing has been great for us as we wrap up our 6 day Mini Season for Red Snapper. With limits for everyone over the weekend we put some great fish on the docks and made for some memorable catches. After having such rough weather throughout the month of July the month of August has been good to us. Red Snapper, Gag Grouper, Scamp Grouper, King Mackerel, Vermilion Snapper, Silver Snapper, Triggerfish, Porgy, Almaco Jacks, Bar Jacks, Hog Fish, Sea Brim and Black Seabass were all caught on recent trips. After three weeks of terrible weather we finally had a few days of good conditions. This time of year results in fishing that is a steady pick throughout the day as the fish are scattered due to the hot temperatures. Smorgasbord fishing is what we call it and we take the variety of fish as we pick apart the reefs. Some nice Gag Grouper, King Mackerel, AmberJack and lots of Big Red Snapper were caught along with Vermilion Snapper, Black Seabass, Triggerfish, Hogfish, Silver Snapper, White Bone Porgy, Sea Brim, Almaco Jack and Bar Jacks. Hopefully this weather will hold for us and we'll have more to share with you soon.

Much like this Snapper this weather has us shark bit! With trips booked every day this past week we were only able to get in one Open Boat trip and we got caught in a storm making for a nasty ride to the house. Hopefully the weather improves soon and I'll have some more pictures to share with you!

Its been a busy few weeks with beautiful weather and great fishing. Big days recently with an assortment of fish coming from the reefs and ledges. Great to see some big Grouper and many many BIG Red Snapper, they are making for some memorable days for our clients. Capt. Steve Amick has been fishing the Georgia Coast for 40 years and he says he's never witnessed Snapper Fishing as good as it is right now. Along with the Snapper and Grouper the Triggerfish, Silver Snapper, Black Seabass, Vermilion Snapper, White Bone Porgy, Sea Brim, Almaco Jack, Amber Jack, Bar Jacks, Hog Fish, Reef Sharks as well as some oddities like Queen Triggerfish and Dog Snapper have all made for some great catches.

Great fishing going on right now! We had some beautiful weather this past week and had some awesome days offshore! Lots of big fish caught in the last few days and some really great catches! Big Scamp and Gag Grouper, Grasby Grouper, Red Snapper, AmberJack, Almaco Jack, Vermilion Snapper, Black Sea Bass, Bar Jack, Silver Snapper, WhiteBone Porgy, Hogfish, Trigger Fish, Sea Brim, Sharpnose Sharks, Sandbar Sharks and Blacktip Sharks.

Great Open Boat Fishing on this past Saturday's Trip!!!

Great fishing continues! The weather has been marginal at best the past week and a half or so but these past couple days we've slipped in two great trips! The fishing has been consistent and there's been plenty of variety on recent trips. Open Boat and Private Charters are producing great catches!

May fishing at its best!!! The Snapper Banks are on Fire and the fishing has been great these past few weeks! Flat calm days and hungry fish have made for some amazing trips offshore. Scamp Grouper, Red Grouper, Amber Jack, Vermilion Snapper, Trigger Fish, Black Sea Bass, Silver Snapper, Hog Fish, Almaco Jacks, Reef Sharks are all fish that filled the box on recent trips. We also caught an unreal amount of Red Snapper recently. Capt Steve Amick has been fishing our waters for 40 years and he has never seen the Snapper fishing like we are right now! The fishing has been great an we look forward to some more awesome fishing in the near future.

Finishing out April and Rolling into May strong!!! Some great fishing going on offshore right now! Limits of Vermilion Snapper and Seabass accompanied by an assortment of Triggerfish, Hogfish, Porgy, Sharks, Almaco and Bar Jacks, as well as some BIG Red Snapper! Water is beginning to warm up with this great weather we've had the last few weeks. As the temps increase we anticipate seeing the Jacks and the Cobia show up on the ledges. Grouper season opened May 1st so we are happy to be adding some Gags and Scamps to the box as well. May and June have produced some of our best days year after year so we look forward to what these next few weeks have to show us. Looking forward to fishing with you soon!
