There’s a crucial point missing from the debate about gun violence: Saving lives is not a policy choice for elected officials to consider or ignore rather, it is a binding legal obligation on the US government under human rights treaties that the US has signed and ratified, including the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights. Join Amnesty International USA, Southern Office at "Right to Protest - A Human Rights Training" to learn about our Ending Gun Violence ...-as a human rights issue, train on safety & the rights to protest, and create your signs to join the March for Our Lives at the GA State Capitol at 1pm. Training begins at 10am. Breakfast Served!
