Some of the top museums in Georgia will offer free admission this February to make their truly amazing displays accessible to everyone.

The FHA loan limits for 2020 have been increased to $331,760 for single unit homes in most Georgia counties. However, in several Atlanta Metro Counties including Fulton, Forsyth, Gwinnett, Cobb, Dawson, Dekalb, Coweta, Paulding, Douglas and Cherokee, the FHA Loan Limit is $401,350. What does that mean? Well, buyers with lower credit scores, lower income, higher debt or lower cash reserves (lower down payments), may now qualify for home purchase prices up to $415,906 using an FHA loan with a minimum 3.5% down payment. Not only that, but current FHA interest rates average about .25% to .50% lower than conventional interest rates!
