Its a workout he was known for doing quite often. - 1 mile run - 100 pull-ups... - 200 push-ups - 300 squats - 1 mile run While wearing a 20lbs vest for time. I'm back in the gym! Very limited training slots left. DM for details. The quarantine 15 is real for most of us. Between Netlfix and Chill with pizza to Disney plus and eating the rest of the pizza crust, we've all probably packed on a few extra unwanted lbs. Its ok, I was in the same boat too! But, now its time to turn our bodies from a high calorie craft beer to a low calorie Whit Claw (black cherry of course). Summer is here, let's get our pool bodies back on track together.

The Murph! - The only workout you need until the gyms open back up. If you are someone who is going out for the occasional run/workout give this a try and record your time. This is not to be done in a group, this is a solo routine and you compete against time. Remember to respect social distancing and plan ahead of time where you are going to do the exercises (make sure its away from any other person). I'm alternating between squats and abs each time I do this workout. Feel free to change it up! Keep a safe distance and go for it. It ain't easy! @ North Atlanta, Georgia

Struggling to grow your legs or maybe you're constantly having pain in your hip flexors? Try placing something under your heels to help. Flexibility plays a huge role in how deep you can squat, but it doesnt mean you should give up on trying. Ass to grass is the only way to grow. Most of you probably struggle with getting to parallel or beyond. Ditch the ego lifting with going too heavy and focus on form. I'd rather go lighter and have a higher percentage of that movement working the muscle I want rather going heavy and trying to call a half rep good. Slow down your movements and feel out the contractions. **spoiler alert, just because your eye level changes (you bend over more), doesnt mean you're doing a deeper squat. Use the mirrors to help check form not just stare at your muscles or pretty face** end of rant

Last arm day of the bulk. This has been a staple exercise in my routine for the past several months to really grow the biceps. The iso dumbbell curl, if you havent done them you need to!
