This is the year that we empower families in our communities to take on their health and well-being. Anew Teen Fitness, Inc is not only designed to assist the teen in our program in achieve their goals, but empowering families to be come more health conscious. With your support, we can launch our pilot program this year of 15 teens and families here in the Atlanta area and be the catalyst for assisting at least 30 families in 2016.
