. LET ME TELL YOU!!! I didn’t think this smile would EVER RETURN!!! It has been a struggle to get to a place where I feel like I am myself again. This is amazing. I was having outer body experiences. I was lost and wondering like a foreigner in my own body. To suffer two significant losses within a matter of weeks is debilitating. I don’t remember much about the last 5months. I was servicing my clients and my agents by doing enough to ensure they thrived. Doing what was nece...ssary for them because so many were depending on me. But I was drowning in brokenness. I tried hard, I really did. My mind wanted to get back to something that felt normal, but my emotions and my body wasn’t cooperating. As badly as I wanted the comeback, the comeback wasn’t trying to come. Somewhere around the beginning of the year, things began to change. The days started to become brighter. And the tears weren’t as frequent. I kept pushing myself while so many told me to just be. Just being was suffocating and I didn’t want to be in that place. I forced myself to get back in the office January 11th. My thought process was if I go through the motions something will ignite and I will get back to being Angel because I was missing her. My friends and family are missing her. I say that in the present tense because I am not 100% but I feel good about where I am and where I am heading. With some counseling I know this too shall pass.
