Today APS Dance teachers took a virtual professional development class taught by @fanaminea From meetings all day to sitting behind a laptop, planning, and getting prepared for virtual teaching, this was so needed! My mind and body needed it! Haven't taken a technique class in a while, been too scared of this injured ankle but this was really good.
