I have been with Anytime Fitness since 2016. I graduated from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelors of Arts where I majored in History and minored in Sociology. I also work for the Coastal Heritage Society in Savannah, GA. If you have any questions, just drop by the office and I will be more than happy to help!
I’ve always been passionate about athletics; which started at an early age playing sports. I played collegiate baseball at Olivet College in Michigan where I majored in Health/Physical Education with an emphasis in Education. After graduating, I began coaching both high school and middle school sports. My background and knowledge of athletes, as well as my experience as a teacher, led me to the decision to become an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. My goal is to teach and train each individual based on their own personal wants and needs, strengths and weaknesses and biomechanical feedback.
