AOFS knows how to end the year on a high note! We couldn't be more grateful to be part of a team that values their employees, especially after a challenging year as essential workers. We love our AOFS family! On Monday night AOFS surprised and celebrated our nearly 300 employees with the news it is awarding almost $2 million in bonuses. This is our 40th anniversary year! We've grown to 23 locations, 25 surgeons and dedicated staff members throughout metro-Atlanta.... It's also been a year like no other for our team of essential workers who have tirelessly treated patients, potentially keeping many out of COVID-crowded ERs while working long hours in extra PPE, balancing kids with virtual school, lost childcare and many other economic challenges facing so many. While COVID meant we couldn't gather everyone, some of our longest-tenured employees came together for what they thought was an appreciation night. And it was, but with some life-changing surprises as bonuses were revealed. Many of our 14 owner surgeons - who contributed personal profits to make this happen - were on hand to congratulate and celebrate our remarkable team. Earlier this year, in partnership with Jackson Spalding, one of Atlanta's premiere branding and marketing agencies, we launched a deep and detailed dive into our culture, history, patient feedback, professional reputation and other factors to rebuild our brand foundation and launch a new lo...ok. We believe our updated logo and branding encompasses our mission to collaborate on a remarkable care experience that consistently alleviates anxiety, achieves desired outcomes and exceed expectations. While the transition may take some time with some aspects of our practice, we couldn’t wait any longer to share it with you. We hope you like it!
