On Monday night AOFS surprised and celebrated our nearly 300 employees with the news it is awarding almost $2 million in bonuses. This is our 40th anniversary year! We've grown to 23 locations, 25 surgeons and dedicated staff members throughout metro-Atlanta. It's also been a year like no other for our team of essential workers who have tirelessly treated patients, potentially keeping many out of COVID-crowded ERs while working long hours in extra PPE, balancing kids with vi...rtual school, lost childcare and many other economic challenges facing so many. While COVID meant we couldn't gather everyone, some of our longest-tenured employees came together for what they thought was an appreciation night. And it was, but with some life-changing surprises as bonuses were revealed. Many of our 14 owner surgeons - who contributed personal profits to make this happen - were on hand to congratulate and celebrate our remarkable team.
