Though it is impossible to say which way the market will turn next week, we have some encouraging news that the skyrocketing increases appear to be slowing down. Mill level pricing is staring to show signs of weakening and that is a good thing. However, we are weeks away from seeing the street level pricing start to drop as the market needs to consume the lumber that has already been purchased and is sitting on the yard. But some good news is better than no good news, so I thought I'd share this! have a blessed weekend and be safe.
