I wanted to reach out and let all of you know that we really appreciate you here at Premier Martial Arts Marietta and AQIS Academy of Internal Studies! I also appreciate everyone who has been supportive of me throughout my life and with that feeling I would like to share a gift with each of you. I began a new journey regarding how and what to eat about 5 years ago. Prior to that my biggest issue was trying to figure out what variety of food to eat. (One can only eat so ma...ny prepackaged salads..smile) As our health and wellness program has grown and my understanding health related to food has increased I am constantly asked "What can I eat?" So for everyone I have over 70 recipes that I have collected, plus additional food references and a personal blog where I will continue to share things I personally experience in my journey. My goal is not to make you a vegetarian or a vegan. I just want to give you some additional food options as we all have different preferences and we all transition our diets as our experiences and needs dictate. It has been a difficult last couple of days for me. I lost my line brother a couple of days ago and early yesterday I received a call and was informed that Elder Master Garry ( Richardson Mullins , Mike Mullins, Kevin Mullins) had transitioned. I began to write something and realized that I could in no way express myself without writing a book. Here is a video tribute to Elder Master Mullins. My Shaolin Uncle had a positive effect and influence over a large body of people. ...His life is a life well lived and one that I am truly grateful to have had the privilege to be acquainted with.
