Social distancing and telesupport at its finest! The folks Keyence Corporation of America walked me through a measurement routine on our #XM1200 CMM with no problem!

Finished the assembly of this special cutter. Gray part is a modified OEM component and purple part is made by Arbiser. Overall there is less than .001" step between them even though parts were made separately (not match-ground).

Need something laser engraved? With our 10W YAG laser we can engrave almost any material! This is a hardened A2 blade with a combination of text for the warnings and a .jpg image for the logo.

Shaft giving you the shaft? One of our customers brought this to us last week with a TEENY bit of bearing journal wear. We sleeved it and turned it back to size same-day (bearing fit is +.000" / -.001") to get them back running.

Sometimes you just have to put your elbows into it! This casting needed a 2"NPT hole tapped in it and a 2" bore through into the flow path. Adding the counterweight required a few of our in-house capabilities: machining, welding, engineering, and of course all the material was in stock. We were able to double the RPM with the counterweight and knocked out the bore and threads in a decent time.

Winter cleaning uncovered these gems. This Machinery's Handbook, 13th Edition, is from 1927. Ironically it's NOT the oldest one in the building. That one's a 5th Edition that belongs to one of our employees. Regardless- the information within is timeless and we still rely on many of the principals today.
