ARCO's Tampa office is happy to announce that Community Park Storage is now open and leasing storage units for their new 93,450 SF three-story self-storage facility in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania! The facility provides 758 climate-controlled storage units, 44 exterior drive-up storage units, and a 1,500 SF interior loading dock for covered loading and unloading. The self-storage facility was constructed with light gauge metal framing and features an exterior façade of architectural concrete block, thin brick veneer, aluminum composite metal panels, corrugated metal panels, and aluminum storefront windows. Chick-fil-A recently held their 8th Annual Fall Stampede to benefit the Children's Cancer Center. This year, they hosted a virtual run, walk & raise challenge during the month of September and raised $42,500 for local kids and families battling pediatric cancer. ARCO's Tampa office was a proud sponsor of the event again this year and had three runners who combined to run over 100 miles. ARCO St. Louis Office is continuing to progress on the Transitional Care of Oceanside in Oceanside, California. The 55,000 SF, two-story, 62 unit, 120 bed skilled nursing facility is projected for completion in August 2021.

ARCO's Orlando office recently completed a 108,200 SF rear-load warehouse at Beltway Commerce Center 3 in Orlando, FL. ARCO Mountain West is continuing to progress on the Social at Fort Collins Project located in Fort Collins, Colorado. The 63,061 SF, 68 Unit, 5-building, garden style apartment project is scheduled for completion July 2021.

ARCO's Tampa Office is happy to announce that progress is moving quickly at Newberry Park in Gainesville, FL! The apartment community consists of two four-story buildings, and both buildings have been fully dried in. The construction effort is now focusing on exterior finishes, interior buildouts, and the remaining sitework. The 383,144 SF apartment community will provide 300 units ranging from one to three bedrooms. The property will feature a pool, pool cabanas, hammocks, grills, covered exterior lounge, and kid’s playground. Several interior amenities will also be available, including a fitness center, yoga room, conference rooms, café, game rooms, dog washing room, and rentable storage rooms. Construction is expected to be completed in the spring of 2021.
