How wonderful from NewThingNurse , Sarah Wells, formerly a student, but now a brilliant entrepreneur, mentor of new and skilled nurses, consultant and wonderful person. She coordinated these special Demi-face superfilter masks for us to use as we start outreach for Covid, Hep C and Colon Cancer! She is essential!

Getting ready to have patients back in the Clinic and not just on the phone. Following all CDC, OSHA and other infection control guidelines, written staff protocols in place... here is Margie with our Patient Question Board prior to entry... Have you been exposed to COVID 19? Have you had a fever in the last 2 days? How high? Have you had an unexpected cough, coughed blood or had trouble breathing? Have you had headaches, body aches, fatigue, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea? Apply hand sanitizer, put on a mask, take your temperature, and off to see the nurse-practitioners!

Many thanks to Masks for Athens Healthcare... from (mostly) First Presbyterian Church, (double smile for Brenda Glascock and Melinda DeMaria) we are smiling underneath as we continue to take care of our uninsured indigent patients. May we all stay safe and get through this together!
