Meet our Marketing Rep, Kimberly Crum. Kimberly first joined the ADC team in 2010 as a patient care coordinator. Twenty years ago, you would have found her fresh out of college, busy taking care of her newborn daughter and falling in love with reality t.v. Today she is the proud mom of two daughters (that little munchkin in the photo is a sophomore in college) and prefers reality over t.v.

Our countdown to our 20th Birthday continues today as we celebrate Art Gorman! Twenty years ago, Art was the Manager of our center and busy getting ready for our doors to open. (He took our very first scheduling call and back then the appointment was written in pencil on a paper appointment book!) Today he is our Chief Technical Officer and enjoys the time he gets to spend with his four kids!

Today we are celebrating one of our awesome patient care coordinators! Ashley joined ADC in 2019. Twenty years ago, she was graduating high school and looking forward to a career in healthcare. Today, Ashley enjoys spending quality time at home with her 9 year old daughter, Olivia!

Day 9 in our 20th Birthday countdown brings us another amazing technologist! Darlene has been a part of the ADC family for over 15 years. From blonde bob to a red head with a passion for baking, twenty years has given her a wonderful husband and daughter!

Meet one of our ADC techs, Candice Allgood. Candice joined our team two years ago. 20 years ago she was fresh out of high school and was ready to take on the world. Today she is married to her high school sweetheart and a proud mom of 3 beautiful boys. These days they are enjoying life on the farm with their dog Buster.

We held our first annual employee Crocktoberfest Crockpot Cook Off today! Congratulations to our 1st place winner: Rosie Ingram, whose Portuguese soup was amazing! Coming in close, 2nd place goes to Suzanne’s white bean chili!

CORONA VIRUS UPDATE: We have resumed scheduling for all types of exams and have expanded our hours as of 5/4/2020! Mon-Thurs 8 am - 5 pm... Fri 8 am - 4 pm We will continue to apply Covid-19 protocols which include: *Screening patients at scheduling for fever, cough or respiratory symptoms *Curbside Registration including taking temperatures *10 minutes of deep cleaning in each exam room in between each patient

Our hours have temporarily changed through 4/17.

In light of the significant concerns surrounding Coronavirus (COVID-19), we are taking every precaution to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients and staff. Until further notice, we are unable to see any patients that exhibit a fever, cough, or shortness of breath. To protect patients and our staff, we will also take the temperature of everyone (including staff) entering our facility. ... Also, we are discouraging unnecessary family members or visitors to accompany patients. Cleanliness has always been a high priority at Athens Diagnostic Center. We have increased cleaning and disinfection frequency. Our staff is practicing recommended hand hygiene and implementing social distancing.
