Hello my friends, family, and patients. During this time of crisis anxiety is high and staying healthy is stressful. However, we will pull through this together! If you have a foot problem your battling, I can help. You can contact me by phone, text, email, facebook, etc. I am seeing quite a few patients simply by texting pictures and communicating back-and-forth. However if you have something that needs hands-on treatment, I can see you in one of two ways. You can make an... appointment and come into the office where you will be away from other patients, just me and you in a sterile environment. Or I can even make house calls and maintain a safe and sterile visit. We have been practicing at making our clinic as sterile as possible. Not only do I Clorox the sidewalks, but we mop from the door to the patient chair with bleach after every patient is seen. We are sterilizing all surfaces including chairs, door knobs, walls, etc. after each patient. when you come to the office you don’t have to touch anything all doors are open all you do is walk in and sit down in the treatment chair. We are all wearing masks and use proper glove use in the rooms. Our purpose here is to see patients who need to be seen without them having to go to the emergency room or to an urgent care center. we are seeing about 10 patients per day spaced one hour apart. O how I Love our patients!!!!!

Do you have CALLOUSES on our feet? A question that I get all the time is, Why do I have these callouses on my feet Dr Todd? The answer is simple. It is usually due to pressure on the bone under the callous. There are exceptions to the rule with some dermatitis issues. ... The next question becomes what can be done to get rid of them? Again the answer is simple, but the process can become complicated. First: All we have to do is offload that part of the foot that is getting excessive pressures. This is done with a very specific type of custom orthotic insole that I have been making for my patients for more than 27 years. Second: The callouses must also be shaved or sanded down. Third: The construction of the orthotic insole must not only off load the high pressure areas, but balance the foot with the leg. Now you ask, Are these insoles really necessary or are you just trying to sell me a product I dont need? Answer: The question should be, do I need these insoles that you custom make Dr.Herron? With a quick exam of your feet and an understanding of the way you walk I can answer that question. You can even send me a picture if your feet or even a video of you walking barefoot. The bottom line is this, callouses are not normal. You may need corrective orthotic insoles -NOT ARCH SUPPORTS- To prevent future problems like hammertoes, bunions, heel spurs, and even INGROWN TOE NAILS. My orthotic insoles have helped individuals relieve pain that they thought was normal, athletes perform better at their sport, and most importantly, they have helped prevent issues that can lead to SURGERY!!!
