Happy Humpday! Just got done eating a healthy bowl of kale, whitebean and mushroom soup, along side of a spinach salad with avacado, red onion and orange segments. Sound good? You can get the same meal at Souper Jenny on East Andrews. On Weight Watchers? No worries, they put the points right next to their soups on the menu! Enjoy your day and keep that body movin'!

It's the first day of spring! Hope everyone has a great day! Take a nice stroll after dinner or blast some tunes and dance with yourself! Thirsty Thursday! Try Drinking half your body weight in ounces of water. So if you weigh 150, go for 75 oz. Seems like alot but it does a body good!
