The Scholarship is open to dependent children of ...all members of the Council, except dependents of Council employees. If any SECRC member has a high school senior who is going on to college, please consider applying! The deadline to submit a scholarship application is August 30, 2020, but get your applications in as soon as possible. Final decisions on awarding of scholarships will be made at the September 2020 Regional Council Meeting.
