As you know we are very pro self defense with a firearm - ESPECIALLY when it comes to home defense. That being said, what did this actress do wrong from both a legal and moral aspect? Also, what does the outcome of this encounter say about the need for formal training? Pacheco was in the bedroom with her seven-year-old son. She then grabbed her husband’s gun and opened fire on the alleged intruders to protect her son. The men fled as shots were exchanged and Daniel ran to Pa...checo, took the gun, and chased after the suspects. The robbers got into a dark sedan and allegedly fired gunshots as they sped off. Daniel shot back at the sedan. https://www.breitbart.com//watch-onlyfans-star-opens-fire/

Re Rittenhouse; The New York Times does an unusually good job of chronicling the events of the Rittenhouse shooting. Unfortunately as always some subtle bias creeps in but not much. Here is my analysis of the article. As always consult with a criminal defense attorney becore you use anything in this analysis for self decemse decisions:...Continue reading

Regarding the Rochester man murdered by police, we who don’t use mind altering drugs like PCP and Meth tend to forget and not appreciate that these drugs alter reality and convey superhuman strength. Scott Reitz, former LA SWAT commander, in his book Modern Gunfighting’relates that the most difficult suspect he and his partner ever arrested required 20 minutes of fighting the suspect before they were able to hand cuff the suspect - a 110 lbs woman high on meth. It only ta...kes someone a couple of seconds to slash your throat or render you unconscious. Read the following article and if you are a not a concealed weapons permit holder, ask yourself how many rounds would it take to stop this man had he attacked you with a weapon? If you do own a gun, we teach to never anticipate that just one shot will subdue your suspect. Double tap, evaluate, double tap. In the case of a man high on PCP or Meth like this guy, you may have to rapidly empty your magazine before they stop attacking. As always, the instant they cease to pose an imminent threat, the use of lethal force is no longer justified. And that change of threat status can happen in a second. Good judgment is required to know when to stop. https://www.mirror.co.uk//man-high-pcp-shows-superhuman-90

Karma is a bitch. That being said...... What protestors don’t understand is that in most states, the law treats your occupied automobile just like your home - both are habitations and the use of lethal force in habitations is, in most states, crafted under the Castle Doctrine. Attack or violently attempt to enter an occupied automobile and the use of lethal force is, in most cases, instantly justified. We encourage our firearms students to ALWAYS de-escalate if possible. Ou...r mantra is There is always someone out there better, faster, stronger, more determined and ruthless than you - don’t test that theory if you don’t have to. When you are visibly armed - especially if you are a member of a group, you have to be very careful in your behavior least your actions be deemed to satisfy the AOJ Triad. When you are violating the law by obstructing an interstate and aggressively surrounding a vehicle, approaching the vehicle visibly armed in an aggressive manner instantly satisfies two of the three legs of the AOJ Triad. It takes just one person in your group to cross the Jeopardy line to justify the occupants to use lethal force. If you are visibly armed - you are going to be the first target. As always, consult with a criminal defense attorney before you protest. https://www.thegatewaypundit.com//blm-protester-fatally-s/

I don’t know the laws of Michigan but if this were Georgia, the white couple would likely either see the charges dropped or beat them in court as the black woman attempted to prevent them from leaving via the use of force, then using force against the vehicle when she beat on the vehicle (essentially an attack on a habitation). Can’t believe the man was fired for this - I thought he was restrained quite frankly . That being said this in an object lesson in the wisdom of eati...ng crow and always attempting to de-escalate a confrontation. The more you attempt to de-escalate, and the more your assailant continues in the face if it, the more you appear as the victim and the more they appear as the aggressor. Personally, I would have had my gun at the ready but hidden .I would have stopped the vehicle when she blocked it, locked the doors, called the police, then shut my mouth and waited for them to arrive. If the woman then tried to break into the vehicle to GET AT ME- it would be a clear attack on a habitation. In most states this would justify the use of lethal force. If she didn’t, the video speaks for itself - the black woman was the first one to offer the use of force when she threatened to beat the man’s ass and is therefore the aggressor. On the other hand, if the black woman’s attack on the vehicle is somehow not ruled an attack on a habitation, the white woman is not justified in using lethal force and admittedly the force used (blocking the vehicle - hitting the car with her hand) used was minor. Any force that may be justified would have to be non-lethal. This is a good reason to always carry a less lethal weapon such as pepper spray. Another potentially fatal mistake the woman made (legally) was she left the protection of her habitation and continued the confrontation. This makes her a co-conspirator engaging in mutual combat - at least in Georgia. Generally in most cases, a defense of habitation justification and subsequent use of lethal force is only authorized if you are IN THE HABITATION. This video is also a good example of how a confrontation can turn in an instant. Do your what-iffing ahead of time in the safety of your home. Know when the boundaries for the use of force and lethal force are crossed by your assailant and what they would likely look like for various situations. If it goes bad- it goes bad in a heartbeat. You aren’t going to have time to perceive, analyze, decide, then act. Decision and action has to result from recognition of pre-identified patterns of action. Continue to attempt to de-escalate and escape without having to use violence. If the legal trip wires are crossed and you have to use force, use it decisively and proportionately, but not excessively. As always we recommend you consult with a criminal defense attorney to determine your legal options in such events. https://www.thegatewaypundit.com//breaking-white-couple-c/
