Our Hearts are beyond broken with the departure of our brother and business Representative for local Union 226 and 437 Jesse Chastain. One of the kindest person... I have ever met. Last night the IUPAT and District Council 77 lost a good man. Jesse Chastain was our Business Rep in Tennessee Local 226 & 437. Jesse was a Union painter for 16... years and was a Union rep for 4 years. Jesse took pride in his work and in his union. Jesse always went out of his way to uplift everyone around him.
