My "observer" booked an appointment & gave me a wonderful compliment "You are so passionate when you work!" Awww :) Seeing is believing I suppose!

Just had my first session with an observer! I've never had another person in the room watching me work. I kinda liked it. Next stop Public Speaking!

I was told there was no room in this profession for ego, you better be humble because just when you think you've gotten to the root of the problem BOOM! Sideswiped & spun around! At least it keeps me on my toes :)

Went on a journey today spanning 50 years with a man in his 70's who was afraid of flying and doctors. He's already planning a trip that involves flying and isn't worried about his doctors visit on Monday. I'd say we wiped that slate clean.
