Clergy and laity are invited to attend a town hall meeting with Bishop Sue Haupert-Johnson on the future of The United Methodist Church here in North Georgia and beyond. Join us this Sunday, 3 pm, at Hillside UMC in Woodstock. You are invited to submit questions at www.ngumc.org/questions. Bishop Sue may not be able to answer every question, but will answer as many as she can.

Bishop Sue Haupert-Johnson and the Annual Conference Planning Committee are busy preparing for the 2020 North Georgia Annual Conference Session, set for June 18...-20 at The Classic Center in Athens. This year's theme is "One in Ministry to All the World." This is our third year drawing our theme from the beloved prayer in our United Methodist Communion Liturgy: "May we be one with Christ, one with each other, and one in ministry to all the world." In 2018 we focused on spiritual disciplines as we strove to be one with Christ. In 2019, we deepened our relationship with one another with a focus on listening and reconciliation. The focus for this year's Annual Conference will be on mission as we listen, learn, and discern how, with God's help, we might truly be one in ministry to all the world.
