My fellow Do-Gooders, Our Mission at the Atlanta Regional Foundation is to become a trusted philanthropic partner with individuals, families, businesses in the region of more than 2+ million people and ensure our region has the resources to invest in programs that address social and environmental needs. That is why we earnestly do our best and strive to live out our motto, "Let's Do Good Together". We have been faced with a challenge, COVID-19, but we are resilient people.... Due to the national, state and local municipal restrictions we have been tasked to halt all of our operations until the middle of April middle of May 2020. I can not express the appreciation and overwhelming love I have for the countless volunteers, staff members, and board members who have stepped up to the plate. They have volunteered countess hours with local food banks, public school systems and hospital clinics, they have helped to feed our children home from school, and worked to ensure the operations of the organization was functioning and still active while on leave. We are stronger together! Together we will heed to the warnings and restrictions given by our local governments and public health officials. We can come through this together.
